Delivery
All orders are despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Monday to Friday. (Accept Bank Holidays)
We try are very best to get your orders despatched within two working days, however during busy periods this is not always possible. Orders that include engraved items may take a little longer.
Refunds and Returns
At Benkes we strive for the highest standards. Every item sold is checked before it’s despatched. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund or replace your order.
If your item is non-faulty, please return within 14 days of receipt. Returns must include the case and outer box, ensure items are in the same condition as when you received the goods and your receipt is included in the return package.
Once we have received your non-faulty goods Benkes will issue a refund to the purchasing payment card.
