We want you to experience the distinctive character of Benkes. Every piece is gift wrapped in our signature packaging, with each piece placed within a hard hinged case, enclosed in its own box, and presented in a silk ribbon handled Benkes gift bag. Every order is prepared with care to ensure it feels special from the moment it is received.

At Benkes, every detail matters. We take great pride in the presentation and delivery of every product, ensuring each piece arrives securely and with the same care with which it was made.

At Benkes all orders are despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

We aim to dispatch your order within two working days, though during busy periods this may take slightly longer. Please note that orders featuring engraved items may require additional time to ensure the highest quality.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Benkes, we uphold the highest standard of quality. Every item is carefully checked before it is dispatched. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund.

For non – faulty items, please return your order within 14 days of receipt. Returns should include the original case and outer box, and items must be in the same condition as when received. Please also include your receipt in the return package.

Once we have received your non – faulty return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
