Yes, we offer engraving on select pieces. Engraving is available on products where the option can be selected at checkout. Each engraved piece reflects our dedication to quality, integrity, and traditional craftsmanship.
Some of our pieces require a tailored approach. For these, product pricing is available upon enquiry. Please contact us using the enquiry option provided, and we will be happy to assist with further details.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please GET IN TOUCH at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund.
For non – faulty items, returns must be made within fourteen days of receipt. Items should be returned in their original case and outer box, in the same condition as received, and include the original receipt.
Once your non – faulty return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Every piece is gift wrapped in our signature packaging, with each piece placed within a hard hinged case, enclosed in its own box, and presented in a silk ribbon handled Benkes gift bag.
At Benkes all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We aim to dispatch your order within two working days, though during busy periods this may take slightly longer. Please note that orders featuring engraved items may require additional time to ensure the highest quality.
Yes, your billing address can be different from your delivery address. During checkout, you can enter separate addresses for payment and shipping to ensure your order is sent exactly where you need it.
